Ali Ertugrul Oztarsu is a multimedia producer and journalist with an international background spanning Turkey and South Korea. After earning his degree in Journalism from Fırat University, he furthered his studies at Kyung Hee University in Seoul.

Throughout his career, he has actively contributed to numerous social and cultural projects in both countries. He was recognized as the Most Influential Cultural Representative by the Corea Image Institute and Cultural Ambassador by Kyung Hee University, highlighting his role in fostering cross-cultural dialogue.

He first gained public attention through the Vine platform and later expanded his influence on YouTube, where he became known for creating content that bridges Turkish and Korean cultures. Since 2020, he has continued producing bilingual content in collaboration with CJ Entertainment.

Currently, he serves as an Analyst and Social Media Manager at the Seoul Institute of Global Affairs (SIGA), where he focuses on digital communication and international affairs.
