Ewa Motylińska
Ewa Motylińska is a researcher and practitioner working at the intersection of international relations, public diplomacy, and EU–Korea cooperation. With over a decade of experience bridging Europe and the Korean Peninsula, she specializes in cross-cultural engagement, policy dialogue, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
She currently serves as Knowledge Management & Coordination Expert for the EU Public and Cultural Diplomacy project in the Republic of Korea, where she leads analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Alongside her professional work, she completed a Ph.D. in International Relations at Sogang University, focusing on environmental cooperation as a tool for conflict transformation.
Ewa also teaches international relations, global governance, and development-related courses at the university level, and her research interests include environmental peacebuilding, regional cooperation, and comparative area studies.
Ewa Motylińska is currently an Analyst and Institutional Affairs Manager at the Seoul Institute of Global Affairs (SIGA).
