Baitullah Khan
Baitullah Khan is a scholar of intelligence, security, and global affairs with over a decade of experience at the intersection of security policy, governance, and international cooperation. His work focuses on evolving security challenges, global conflict dynamics, and transnational threats shaping today’s international system.
He has been actively engaged in research, policy dialogue, and threat analysis across areas such as intelligence and security studies, global conflict and militancy, transnational organized crime, conflict analysis, and peacebuilding. His expertise includes countering illicit networks, analyzing emerging forms of warfare, and strengthening international cooperation in response to complex security challenges.
His research interests include intelligence theory and practice, global security dynamics, geopolitical competition, and the role of institutions in addressing transnational and hybrid threats. He is particularly interested in how intelligence and security frameworks evolve in response to shifting power structures, technological change, and the growing complexity of modern and non-traditional security challenges.
Baitullah Khan is currently an Analyst and Advisor at the Seoul Institute of Global Affairs (SIGA).
